We require 24 hours minimum notice if you wish to make changes to an existing appointment. If you don't provide 24 hours notice, forget an appointment, or do not show up for an appointment, we may charge a $30 cancellation fee.
We will waive the cancellation fee if you have some kind of extraordinary circumstance preventing you from keeping your appointment, including illness, personal or family emergencies, work obligations and school obligations. It is most important to us that you contact us as soon as possible and communicate with us what your circumstances are, especially if for some reason you can't let us know 24 hours in advance.
