• Contact us as early in the school term as possible. Our schedules fill up quickly,
and we tend to give priority to students who have worked with us before.
• Have your schedule
ready, so that we can quickly and easily find a time to fit you into our schedule.
• Once we have you
on our schedule, we will need your email address or other information to connect on our video confrencing software.
Please provide this before the first meeting!
